Convenient location cheep price after 3pm. However if you arrive back to the parkade after the store is closed you are locked out. Well, they don’t have any signage that you need to press an intercom button to get access. We had to run around like idiots to find anyone to help. Fortunately we found a security person at the office building next door and told us there is a small alcove where this intercom is located. NO SIGNAGE AT ALL to indicate this is the process. There was another person also at a loss on how to get to her car. She was going to wait and hope that someone would exit with their car and she could run in. SIGNAGE PEOPLE!!!!

Really clean and convenient parking garage in the heart of downtown. Ample parking. It is pricy (as to be expected) but it is heated and underground which is a bonus.

Crazy parking ticket machines that do not work. I was trying to pay the amount but whenever I inserted the ticket, the display would say ‘card expired’ tried with several machines and ended up paying $50 lost ticket fine that i didnt had to pay. Very poor poor service Indigo

Pretty good parckade to warm up in. Security there does there job keeping shoppers safe. So while I'm held hostage and not allowed an income, I sleep in other parckades

First time come to this place. Such a nice warm place for your car. However, we have to run around as they only accept a full presented credit card. Tap is not accepted either.

The Google maps sends you to the front entrance of hold where you have to then get your car valet. would have been better if they had the location set up to the entrance of the parkade so you know where it actually is.

Expensive but very convenient. Best if you go after 3pm or on weekends as the prices are cheaper

This is the first time ever we got stuck in a parkade because the machine only takes credit card and it didn't accept any of our 3 MasterCards and 1 VISA.
